The auger principle in a semi-automatic frame. A precisely designed screw displaces powder through the funnel into a container held underneath, with a presettable electronic controller and photoelectric sensor managing the fill cycle through an enclosed electromagnetic clutch and brake unit.

Positive displacement screw operating under constant head. The hopper is provided with a lid, and the auger displaces product through the funnel into the container. A presettable electronic controller with photoelectric sensor controls the filling cycle via an enclosed electromagnetic clutch/brake unit.

Enclosed clutch and brake stop the screw precisely, which is what holds the fill weight.

Powder is loaded into the lidded hopper above the auger assembly.
The presettable electronic controller is set to the number of screw revolutions for the target weight.
The operator holds the container under the funnel; the photoelectric sensor detects it and starts the cycle.
The auger turns under constant head and the electromagnetic clutch/brake stops it precisely at the set point.
