Our flagship. Non-free-flowing powder — pharma actives, ground coffee, milk powder, talcum, henna, ground spice — will not drop through a cup filler reliably. The auger pushes it. A precisely made screw turns a set number of revolutions under constant head, and the weight holds.

The auger operates on the principle of positive displacement screw under constant head. A servo-timed screw rotates a set number of turns, displacing an exact volume of powder through the funnel and into the forming tube — regardless of how poorly the powder flows.

Sticky, fluffy, electrostatic and hygroscopic powders all feed reliably through a screw.
3-side, 4-side or centre seal from one machine, so one line covers several pack formats.
Runs aluminium-foil based laminates, which is what pharma and moisture-sensitive powders need.
A roll of suitable width is mounted at the rear of the machine and fed through the unwinding assembly, held at constant tension.
Film is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the vertical sealer closes the back seam to make a continuous tube.

Horizontal sealing jaws close the bottom, then the top of the filled pouch. The cutting device separates each pouch automatically.
