A volumetric dish meters the set quantity of free-flowing powder and releases it down the forming tube. Because the dose is by volume, the fill stays consistent as long as your bulk density does — and the size can be adjusted while the machine is running.

A roll of suitable width is mounted at the rear of the machine and fed through the unwinding assembly, held at constant tension.
Film is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the vertical sealer closes the back seam to make a continuous tube.

Horizontal sealing jaws close the bottom, then the top of the filled pouch. The cutting device separates each pouch automatically.
Sealed pouches drop onto the take-away chute or optional conveyor, ready for cartoning.
