When the product is a mixed, irregular solid — namkeen, chips, cashew, capsules, even nuts and bolts — volume tells you nothing useful. This machine weighs. Load cells under each pan feed a microprocessor controller, and only when the target weight is reached does the material dump.

Weighing pans sit on load cells wired to a microprocessor controller where the target weight is set. Electro-magnetic vibratory feeders deliver bulk then fine feed; when the pans reach target the controller sends the dump signal and the material falls into the formed tube.
