Automatic Machines · JC Series Model JC-159

Pneumatic Collar Type VFFS Machine

A pneumatically driven unwind holds constant tension on the film, and registration-mark control means the printed artwork lands in the same place on every single pouch. That is the difference between a pack that looks manufactured and one that looks improvised.

The machine

What the JC-159 is for.

Collar forming with registration-mark control for printed film, up to 1 kg.

A volumetric dish fitted on top of the machine sets the dose. Film is fed from the supply roll by a pneumatically driven unwind system that keeps constant tension, then drawn over the forming collar and down the forming tube with registration marks controlling pouch length.

Every figure on this page is Packsol's published specification for the JC-159. Real output on your floor depends on your material's specific gravity and flow, your laminate and your fill size — which is exactly why we run a trial with your own product before quoting.

Printed film lands right

Registration mark control means your artwork is not creeping down the roll by pouch two hundred.

Pneumatic constant tension

Film tension stays even from a full roll to an empty one, so seal quality does not drift.

Wide roll capacity

Takes roll widths up to 425 mm — the biggest retail pouches in the Packsol vertical range.

How it works

One cycle, step by step.

Pneumatic unwind

Packing material is fed from the supply roll by a pneumatically driven unwind system ensuring constant tension on the film.

Collar forms the tube

Material is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the registration mark controls the length of pre-printed film.

Vertical seal closes the back

Film overlaps and the vertical sealing bar seals it to form a continuous tube.

Bottom seal, then fill

Horizontal sealing jaws seal the bottom to produce a partially formed pouch, and product is introduced through the forming tube.

Top seal and cut

Film advances to the correct pouch length, then the horizontal jaws seal the top and cut the finished pouch free.
