An adjustable volumetric dish sits at the top of the machine and is set to the pack weight. Because the dish is adjustable rather than a fixed cup, one machine covers 50 g through 500 g without buying a new dosing set for every SKU.

Centre seal is the format Indian retail expects for tea, kirana and detergent.
220V single phase — easy to install in a smaller unit.
A roll of suitable width is mounted at the rear of the machine and fed through the unwinding assembly, held at constant tension.
Film is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the vertical sealer closes the back seam to make a continuous tube.

Horizontal sealing jaws close the bottom, then the top of the filled pouch. The cutting device separates each pouch automatically.
Sealed pouches drop onto the take-away chute or optional conveyor, ready for cartoning.
