Paste is not liquid and it is not powder. It clings, it thickens when it cools, and it separates if it sits. This machine carries a hot-water jacketed hopper with a geared stirring motor, feeding a volumetric pump with a rotary valve — so the product stays homogeneous and the dose stays accurate.

A hopper-mounted volumetric pump doses through a rotary valve system. The hopper itself is hot-water jacketed with provision for stirring by geared motor, which keeps viscosity even and stops the product setting or separating between cycles.

Hot water jacket holds the product at working viscosity instead of letting it stiffen in the hopper.
Continuous stirring keeps emulsions and suspensions homogeneous through the whole batch.
A positive rotary valve handles the clingy, high-viscosity products a syringe filler struggles with.
A roll of suitable width is mounted at the rear of the machine and fed through the unwinding assembly, held at constant tension.
Film is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the vertical sealer closes the back seam to make a continuous tube.

Horizontal sealing jaws close the bottom, then the top of the filled pouch. The cutting device separates each pouch automatically.
