Built around a volumetric syringe filling system with adjustable volume, this machine handles the thin, splash-prone liquids that defeat gravity fillers — and seals them into a pouch that will survive a distributor van.

A volumetric syringe draws a measured shot of liquid and injects it into the formed tube. Volume is adjustable, and a cooling sealing roller follows the horizontal seal so the pouch sets properly before it is cut.

A positive volumetric shot means the fill does not drift as the tank empties.
The seal is cooled before cutting, which is what stops leakers in transit.
Runs on ordinary 220V single phase — no three-phase connection needed.
A roll of suitable width is mounted at the rear of the machine and fed through the unwinding assembly, held at constant tension.
Film is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the vertical sealer closes the back seam to make a continuous tube.

Horizontal sealing jaws close the bottom, then the top of the filled pouch. The cutting device separates each pouch automatically.
