Edible Oil Packing Machine

A litre of oil in a pouch puts real load on a seal. This machine is designed for large-volume liquid packs — bag making, filling, sealing, cutting and date printing in one continuous cycle, with temperature-regulated impulse sealing and a photoelectric registration device that keeps the printed pattern square on every pouch.

The machine

What the JC-154 is for.

Large-volume liquid pouches from 100 ml to 1 litre with impulse sealing.

Pneumatic large-volume dosing fills the formed pouch, and the horizontal seal system completes sealing and hot cutting in one go. Temperature-regulated heating keeps seal quality stable through a long shift, which matters when each pouch holds a litre.

Every figure on this page is Packsol's published specification for the JC-154. Real output on your floor depends on your material's specific gravity and flow, your laminate and your fill size — which is exactly why we run a trial with your own product before quoting.

Built for a litre

Impulse sealing and a heavier frame, because a 1 litre pouch is a different problem to a 10 ml sachet.

Pattern stays square

A photoelectric registration device tracks the printed film so the artwork lands right every time.

Ribbon hot-code printing

Date coding that stays legible through storage and handling, not smudged ink.

How it works

One cycle, step by step.

Film unwinds under tension

A roll of suitable width is mounted at the rear of the machine and fed through the unwinding assembly, held at constant tension.

The collar forms the tube

Film is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the vertical sealer closes the back seam to make a continuous tube.

Product is dosed in

Pneumatic large-volume dosing fills the formed pouch, and the horizontal seal system completes sealing and hot cutting in one go. Temperature-regulated heating keeps seal quality stable through a long shift, which matters when each pouch holds a litre.

Jaws seal and cut

Horizontal sealing jaws close the bottom, then the top of the filled pouch. The cutting device separates each pouch automatically.

Finished pouches discharge

Sealed pouches drop onto the take-away chute or optional conveyor, ready for cartoning.
