A litre of oil in a pouch puts real load on a seal. This machine is designed for large-volume liquid packs — bag making, filling, sealing, cutting and date printing in one continuous cycle, with temperature-regulated impulse sealing and a photoelectric registration device that keeps the printed pattern square on every pouch.

Pneumatic large-volume dosing fills the formed pouch, and the horizontal seal system completes sealing and hot cutting in one go. Temperature-regulated heating keeps seal quality stable through a long shift, which matters when each pouch holds a litre.

A photoelectric registration device tracks the printed film so the artwork lands right every time.

A roll of suitable width is mounted at the rear of the machine and fed through the unwinding assembly, held at constant tension.
Film is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube; the vertical sealer closes the back seam to make a continuous tube.
