Who we are

A machine shop that still
answers the phone.

Packsol Industries designs and builds pouch packing machinery from our works in Vasai, Mumbai. Our own designers draw it, our own workshop builds it, and our own engineers commission it on your floor.

Our range covers fully automatic pouch packing machines and semi-automatic filling and sealing systems for the food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Quality comes from good steel, quality pneumatic components and first-class electronics — nothing exotic, just the right parts specified properly.

Every machine is built for rapid changeover using a small number of exchangeable parts, which is how we keep prices sensible even when you run a wide range of products on one line.

Full spare stock

We hold a permanent stock of spare parts, so a breakdown is a phone call, not a shutdown.

Trained service staff

Our own engineers, not sub-contractors, attend site for commissioning and breakdowns.

Three questions.
One machine model.

Built from Packsol's own published specifications — not a guess. Tell us what you pack, how much goes in each pack, and how fast you need it.

Which Packsol machine fits my product?

Answer three questions — we'll match you against all 16 models.

What output do you need?

Output & payback

What does one machine
actually produce?

Hand-filling is slow and inconsistent. Move the sliders and see what an automatic Packsol line does to your shift output — and how quickly the labour saving covers the machine.

Speeds are taken from Packsol's published specification for each model. Labour costs are your own figures, so the payback number is yours, not ours.

Why operators love the changeover

Packsol machines change size using a small set of exchangeable parts — so one machine can run several SKUs a day without a fitter on standby.

Industries served

Four industries.
One set of standards.

A pharma powder sachet and a namkeen pouch are not the same job — but both have to seal perfectly, every cycle, on a machine an operator can change over without an engineer.

Pharmaceutical

ORS powder, ayurvedic churn, tablets, capsules and syringes. Foil laminates, gas flushing and batch printing available on every automatic model.

What buyers say

Production heads, purchase
managers, factory owners.

We were losing powder on every changeover with our old filler. The auger machine holds the weight far better and our operator learned the changeover in two days.

They ran our namkeen on their own machine before we ordered. What we saw on their floor is what we got on ours — that is rarer than it should be.

A heater failed on a Saturday. Part was couriered the same evening and we were running Monday morning. That is the whole reason we buy locally.

We compared three suppliers on the 1 litre oil pouch. Packsol was the only one who talked about our film before they talked about their price.

Started with the two-head filler because that was the budget. Two years later we added the auger line. Same team, same service.

Before you ask

Frequently asked.

You need an auger machine, not a cup filler. The JC-152 uses a positive-displacement screw under constant head, which pushes sticky or fluffy powder through accurately — pharma powder, ground coffee, milk powder, talcum, henna and ground spice all fall in this group. If you fill into a jar or container rather than a pouch, the semi-automatic PI-02 does the same job.
Three-side seal folds the film once and seals three edges — the standard small sachet. Four-side seal uses two webs and seals all four edges, which gives a flatter, more premium sachet. Centre seal (also called back seal or pillow seal) forms the film into a tube with a seal running down the back, and is the usual choice for larger pouches from 50 g upward. Most Packsol automatic models offer more than one option.
Yes, within the published range of that model. Packsol machines are designed for rapid conversion using a small number of exchangeable parts, and on most models the pack size and speed can be adjusted while the machine is running. Moving outside the model's range — for example from a 10 g sachet to a 1 kg pouch — needs a different machine, not a change part.
Two of them. The JC-158 mounts a vibrator or conveyor feed on a form-fill-seal machine and will pack almost any shape — syringes, rings, eye droppers, automobile spares, hardware. For products you want wrapped rather than pouched, such as biscuit, soap, chocolate or noodles, the JC-160 horizontal flow wrap runs at 70 to 130 packs per minute.
If your volumes are still finding their feet, yes. A PI-series filler plus a foot-operated sealer gets you consistent fills at a fraction of the investment, and it stays useful later as a backup line or for short runs and trials. Many customers start there and add an automatic line once a single SKU justifies it.
Any heat-sealable laminate — PET/POLY, PET/FOIL/POLY MET, PET/POLY/CPP/OPP and aluminium-foil based structures. The JC-154 edible oil machine runs poly film. If you are already buying film, send us the specification with your enquiry and we will confirm it before quoting rather than after delivery.
It depends on the model. Several machines — JC-150, JC-151, JC-155, JC-156, JC-157, JC-158 and JC-160 — run on 220V single phase. The JC-152, JC-153, JC-154 and JC-159 need three phase. The full electrical specification is listed on each machine page, so check it against your available supply before ordering.
Yes. A batch printing unit is an optional attachment on every automatic model. The JC-154 uses a ribbon hot-code printing system that keeps the print clear and durable. Gas flushing, product elevators and take-away conveyors are also available as options on most models.
Most vertical machines sit in roughly 0.75 to 1.2 square metres, around 1.8 to 2.5 metres tall — but leave room for the film roll at the back and the operator at the front. The JC-153 with hopper is 1350 × 1150 mm and 2500 mm tall, and the JC-160 flow wrap is 3600 mm long. Exact dimensions are on each machine page.
Most operators run production confidently within a few days and handle size changeovers within a week or two. Our engineers train your team during commissioning, and we would rather spend an extra day on site than take a support call every week afterwards.
Yes, and we recommend it. Send us a sample of your material with the intended fill weight and laminate, and we will run it on the matching machine at our Vasai works so you can see the finished pouch before committing. Specific gravity and flow behaviour change the achievable speed, so a trial makes the quotation honest.
Our own engineers, not sub-contractors. They install, commission and train your operators on your floor. The same team answers the phone afterwards, which is the point of buying from a manufacturer rather than a trader.
We hold a permanent full stock of spare parts, both at the works and with our commercial representation. Heaters, sealing jaws, augers, change parts and pneumatic components are the usual fast-movers and are normally dispatched the same day.
Yes. Send your requirement with the destination country and we will quote accordingly, including packing for export. Use the "Dealer / Export" tab in the enquiry form above or message us on WhatsApp.
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99207 34394, email sales@packsolindustries.com, or use any form on this site. Tell us the product, the fill size and the output you need — those three things let us quote properly instead of sending a price list that does not fit your job.
